Low Fat Buttermilk Pancakes/waffle Mix- Diabetic Cookbook

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 combine flour and baking powder and make a well in center.
  • 2 beat eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
  • 3 add mixture to the well.
  • 4 cook as usual.
