- 1/3 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped raisins
Recipe
- 1 place the walnuts in a small skillet. toast over medium-high heat, tossing often, until crisp and fragrant, about 1 to 2 minutes. transfer to a dish and set aside.
