Sausage Gravy

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 lb ground sausage, of choice
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups 2% low-fat milk
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 to make the gravy, cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned, about 8 minutes.
  • 2 sprinkle the flour over the meat and stir with a spoon until blended. stir in the milk.
