Ingredients

- 1/2 lb ground sausage, of choice
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cups 2% low-fat milk
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 to make the gravy, cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned, about 8 minutes.
- 2 sprinkle the flour over the meat and stir with a spoon until blended. stir in the milk.
- 3 bring the mixture to a boil, stirring until thickened.
