Citrus-grilled Turkey Cutlets

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 45 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 turkey breast cutlets (about 4 ounces each)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Recipe

  • 1 to prepare marinade, in a medium shallow dish, combine lemon juice, lime juice, honey, garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  • 2 mix well.
