Citrus-grilled Turkey Cutlets

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 6 turkey breast cutlets (about 4 ounces each)
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Recipe
- 1 to prepare marinade, in a medium shallow dish, combine lemon juice, lime juice, honey, garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- 2 mix well.
- 3 reserve 1/4 cup of marinade.
- 4 add turkey to marinade in dish and turn to coat.
- 5 cover dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- 6 heat a charcoal grill until coals form ash, or preheat a gas grill to medium.
- 7 place turkey on a grill rack.
- 8 discard marinade in dish.
- 9 grill turkey 4 inches from the heat, turning once and brushing with reserved marinade, until cooked through and no longer pink, about 10 minutes.
- 10 place turkey on a platter.
- 11 serve immediately.
