Healthy Apple Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 cups apples, diced
- 1/2 cup splenda sugar substitute
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup nuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
Recipe
- 1 toss apple with splenda set aside.
- 2 whisk egg, applesauce, & vanilla.
- 3 add the remaining ingredients. mix well.
- 4 add apple mixture. mix well.
- 5 pour into 12 greased muffin tins.
- 6 batke at 325 for 25-30 minutes.
