Refreshing Low Calorie Salad

Ingredients
- 2 medium sized cucumbers
- 2 medium sized tomatoes
- 1 -2 tablespoon cottage cheese (low-fat or non-fat)
- 2 -3 walnuts, chopped (coarsely or finely chopped)
- 2 teaspoons dried mint
- 1 teaspoon dry basil or 3 fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
Recipe
- 1 cut the tomatoes and cucumbers into "cubes" not too small and not too big (or to the liking, i prefer them to be a bit smaller).
- 2 mix the diced vegetables, the cheese, the chopped walnuts and the herbs all together in a bowl.
- 3 enjoy!
