Super Protein Chocolate Or Mocha Smoothie/shake

Ingredients
- Servings: 1
- 3 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate syrup, to taste (i use walmart brand)
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee, for mocha
- 2 tablespoons tofu yogurt or 2 tablespoons soy yogurt or 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1 cup soymilk, as needed
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon powdered soy protein concentrate
- 1 -2 ice cube
Recipe
- 1 blend the syrup, coffee, yogurt, soy milk, vanilla and protein powder in blender until smooth.
- 2 add ice, blend again.
- 3 serve.
