Super Protein Chocolate Or Mocha Smoothie/shake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 3 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate syrup, to taste (i use walmart brand)
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee, for mocha
  • 2 tablespoons tofu yogurt or 2 tablespoons soy yogurt or 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 1 cup soymilk, as needed
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon powdered soy protein concentrate
  • 1 -2 ice cube

Recipe

  • 1 blend the syrup, coffee, yogurt, soy milk, vanilla and protein powder in blender until smooth.
  • 2 add ice, blend again.
  • 3 serve.
