Ingredients

- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup red cabbage, sliced
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
- 3/4 cup light caesar salad dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper (optional)
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well.
- 2 this salad will keep for 3 days in a glass bowl in the fridge, if well covered.
- 3 optional variation: steam vegetables for 3 or 4 minutes if you prefer them softer.
