Ingredients
- 1/2 cup nonfat milk
- 1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt (greek was suggested in the recipe)
- 1/2 cup frozen peaches
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 small peeled apple
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 tablespoon artificial sweetener (splenda)
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in the blender and process on high until smooth.
- 2 note: i had to add more milk than the recipe called for, as mine was too thick.
