Raspberry-peach Smoothie (diabetic)

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk
  • 1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt (greek was suggested in the recipe)
  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 small peeled apple
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 tablespoon artificial sweetener (splenda)

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in the blender and process on high until smooth.
  • 2 note: i had to add more milk than the recipe called for, as mine was too thick.
