Kiwi, Strawberry And Mango Fizz

Ingredients
- 200 g strawberries (hulled and quartered)
- 2 kiwi fruits (small, peeled and quartered)
- 1 mango (flesh removed and chopped)
- 2 (200 ml) sparkling wine (bottles)
Recipe
- 1 using a food processor or blender, process the strawberries, kiwifruit and mango until smooth.
- 2 transfer to a serving jug or carafe and add the wine and stir to combine.
- 3 set aside for 2 to 3 minutes to allow the bubbles to subside.
- 4 evenly pour among champagne flutes and serve immediately.
