Spirit Happy Diet Pancakes

Total Time: 12 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 7 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup of 100% buckwheat flour
  • 1 cup of 100% barley flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/8 cup butter
  • make a nice batter (adjust milk amount to get a nice smooth batter)

Recipe

  • 1 first add barley flour.
  • 2 next add buckweat flour.
  • 3 add milk.
  • 4 stir to a nice thin to medium batter.
  • 5 add butter.
  • 6 add sugar.
