Ingredients
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1 cup of 100% buckwheat flour
- 1 cup of 100% barley flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/8 cup butter
- make a nice batter (adjust milk amount to get a nice smooth batter)
Recipe
- 1 first add barley flour.
- 2 next add buckweat flour.
- 3 add milk.
- 4 stir to a nice thin to medium batter.
- 5 add butter.
- 6 add sugar.
