Splenda Cocoa Bottom Banana Bars

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup light margarine
  • 1 cup splenda sugar substitute
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups mashed bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup cocoa

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven 350.
  • 2 spray 13x9 pan with cooking spray.
  • 3 cream margarine and splenda.
  • 4 add egg whites and vanilla, beat until combined.
  • 5 blend in bananas.
  • 6 combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
  • 7 add to creamed mixture.
  • 8 divide batter in half and add cocoa.
  • 9 mix well, spread cocoa batter into pan.
  • 10 spread remaining batter over this and swirl with knife
  • 11 bake 25-30 min till toothpick comes out clean.
