Lemon Pomegranate Shrimp Saute

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2-2 lbs peeled & de-veined shrimp
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate salad dressing
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 rinse shrimp and remove tails.
  • 2 place shrimp in bowl with top or ziploc freezer bag.
  • 3 combine all ingredients, and shake to thoroughly coat shrimp.
  • 4 let mixture stand (in refrigerator) as long as you are able.
  • 5 add to large saute pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, until shrimp are opaque and nicely pink.
  • 6 serve with your favorite sides, we like linguini and brocolli with grated parmesean.
