Lemon Pomegranate Shrimp Saute

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 1/2-2 lbs peeled & de-veined shrimp
- 1/2 cup pomegranate salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Recipe
- 1 rinse shrimp and remove tails.
- 2 place shrimp in bowl with top or ziploc freezer bag.
- 3 combine all ingredients, and shake to thoroughly coat shrimp.
- 4 let mixture stand (in refrigerator) as long as you are able.
- 5 add to large saute pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, until shrimp are opaque and nicely pink.
- 6 serve with your favorite sides, we like linguini and brocolli with grated parmesean.
