Pepperoncini Chicken

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 whole chickens
- 24 ounces pepperoncini peppers
- 2 teaspoons paprika
Recipe
- 1 cut up and skin chickens.
- 2 pour juice from the pepperocini's in a fry pan.
- 3 slice open 1/2 of the pepperocini's and lay in pan
- 4 lay chicken on top
- 5 cook on top of stove covered for 40 minutes approximately or until meat starts to pull back from the legs.
- 6 place the chicken, pepperocini's, and juice in bottom of broiler pan.
- 7 sprinkle with paprika.
- 8 lay remaining whole pepperocini's over the top.
- 9 broil on high for 3 to 5 minutes or til brown.
- 10 pepperocini's will plump.
