Crusted Salmon

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • 4 (6 ounce) salmon steaks
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the broiler, coat a broiler pan or a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray place the salmon steaks on the pan.
  • 2 in a small bowl, combine all the remaining ingredients; mix well, spread evenly over the top of the salmon steaks, then broil for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork, serve immediately.
