- 2 (15 ounce) cans hominy
- 7 ounces green chilies, diced
- 10 1/2 ounces cream of mushroom soup, low fat
- 1 cup sour cream, fat free
- 1/8 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, dried
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, low fat, shredded
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 pour hominy into a colander, rinsewell with water and allow to drain.
- 3 in a large bowl, combine hominy, chiles, soup sour cream, seasonings and 1/2 cup cheese.
- 4 mix well and pour into a nonstick baking dish.
- 5 sprinkle with remaining cheese on top.
- 6 bake 45 minutes.
