- jicama (3)
- chili powder, to taste
- garlic powder, to taste
- onion powder, to taste
- salt, to taste
Recipe
- 1 peel and slice jicama into thin slices.
- 2 spread out on top of parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
- 3 season to taste. coat chips with cooking spray.
- 4 place in oven at 400° f for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until crisp.
- 5 enjoy with your favorite low-calorie dip!
