Jicama "fries"

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • jicama (3)
  • chili powder, to taste
  • garlic powder, to taste
  • onion powder, to taste
  • salt, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 peel and slice jicama into thin slices.
  • 2 spread out on top of parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
  • 3 season to taste. coat chips with cooking spray.
  • 4 place in oven at 400° f for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until crisp.
  • 5 enjoy with your favorite low-calorie dip!
