Ingredients

- 300 g chickpeas
- 3 tablespoons tahini (sesame oil)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt
Recipe
- 1 soak the chickpeas for about 24hours in about 1.5liters water.
- 2 rinse the chickpeas and cook them in boiled water with the baking soda. this will take about one hour and a half.
- 3 rinse the cooked chickpeas.
- 4 mix the garlic with the chickpeas in a blender. you must obtain a pretty thick paste.
- 5 add the sesame oil and then the sesame oile.
- 6 when served, add a little olive oil on top.
