Lexington Bbq Dip (less Sugar)

Ingredients
3 cups cider vinegar
1 3/4 cups ketchup (i use sugar-free)
4 teaspoons black pepper
4 teaspoons red pepper flakes
1 cup water
Recipe
1 bring to a slow boil in a non-reactive pan for 10 minutes. mop on your bbq meat or use it as a dip.
