Ingredients

- 1 flaxseed lavash wrap
- 2 tablespoons hummus
- 1/4 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 2 large romaine leaves
- 4 asparagus, steamed
- 1/4 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and sliced
- 1/4 red pepper, seeded and sliced
- 1 carrot, peeled and julienned
- 2 tablespoons feta
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 lay the wrap onto a sheet of plastic wrap.
- 2 spread the hummus all over.
- 3 down the middle of the wrap lay the lettuce, spinach, asparagus, cucumber, red pepper, and carrot.
- 4 sprinkle the feta, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper over all then roll up.
- 5 roll to secure in the plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to eat.
