Ingredients

- 1 lb small shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- 1/2 teaspoon chives (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sherry wine
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese (grated)
Recipe
- 1 saute chives and garlic in margarine until tender.
- 2 add shrimp and simmer until pink.
- 3 add salt and sherry, sprinkle cheese over top.
- 4 serve as appetizers or main dish.
