Super Healthy Tuna Salad

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 7 1/8 ounces tuna fish (albacore if available)
  • 2 tablespoons miracle whip
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 -2 tablespoon relish
  • 2 cups shredded spinach
  • 1 -3 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup fresh peas (optional)
  • 1/4 cup diced chives
  • 2 celery ribs, diced

Recipe

  • 1 mix together the first four ingredients until combined well. add the rest and mix again. chill and serve.
