Hot Dressed Green Beans

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 lbs fresh green beans, with the ends snapped off (uncut)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 quarts water
  • 1 -2 tablespoon baking soda
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 bring water to boil and add salt.
  • 2 drop beans in slowly so that the water continues to boil.
