Hot Dressed Green Beans

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 2 lbs fresh green beans, with the ends snapped off (uncut)
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 quarts water
- 1 -2 tablespoon baking soda
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Recipe
- 1 bring water to boil and add salt.
- 2 drop beans in slowly so that the water continues to boil.
- 3 when all beans are in the pot, add 1 tablespoon of baking soda.
