Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 dash cinnamon (optional)
Recipe
- 1 put all ingredients in a blender.
- 2 blend on high for 15-20 seconds.
- 3 spray a griddle or skillet with non-stick spray.
- 4 pour on batter and cook till edges are golden brown.
