Skinny Pancakes

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 dash cinnamon (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 put all ingredients in a blender.
  • 2 blend on high for 15-20 seconds.
  • 3 spray a griddle or skillet with non-stick spray.
  • 4 pour on batter and cook till edges are golden brown.
