Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 2 apples
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, to taste
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 egg
- 6 ounces non-fat vanilla yogurt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 cut the top and bottom off of apples and core - pour lemon juice over apples.
- 3 in a bowl mix oatmeal, egg , cinnamon and honey.
- 4 place the stuffed apples on a baking sheet and cover with foil.
- 5 bake for about 40 mins until tender.
- 6 remove from the oven and top with vanilla yogurt.
