Guilt Free Baked Apples For 2

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • 6 ounces non-fat vanilla yogurt

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 cut the top and bottom off of apples and core - pour lemon juice over apples.
  • 3 in a bowl mix oatmeal, egg , cinnamon and honey.
  • 4 place the stuffed apples on a baking sheet and cover with foil.
  • 5 bake for about 40 mins until tender.
  • 6 remove from the oven and top with vanilla yogurt.
