Ingredients

- 1 carrot
- 1 celery
- 1/8 cup butternut squash
- 1 cucumber
- 3 egg whites
- 1 apple
- 1 orange, juice of
- 1 orange, zest of
- 1/8 cup non-fat soymilk
- 3 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup all-bran cereal
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 cup honey
- 1/8 teaspoon powdered sugar
Recipe
- 1 mix wet & dry then combine.
- 2 cook 350 degrees 15 minutes then spin & another 15 minutes.
