Healthy All Natural Veggie Muffins

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 celery
  • 1/8 cup butternut squash
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 apple
  • 1 orange, juice of
  • 1 orange, zest of
  • 1/8 cup non-fat soymilk
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup all-bran cereal
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon powdered sugar

Recipe

  • 1 mix wet & dry then combine.
  • 2 cook 350 degrees 15 minutes then spin & another 15 minutes.
