How-do-i-love-thee Vegan Cheese

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb firm tofu, crumbled
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup nutritional yeast flakes
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 3 tablespoons tamari
- 3 -4 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 -2 garlic clove, minced
- 1/8-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 simply combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- 2 this works well if halved, but it'll also keep for at least 4-5 days refrigerated.
