Ingredients
- 2 red chili peppers, minced
- 4 cloves garlic, pressed
- 3 teaspoons sugar or 1 1/2 packages artificial sweetener
- 1/2 cup fish sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, to taste
- 1 cup water
Recipe
- 1 mash peppers, garlic and sugar into a paste, using mortar and pestle.
- 2 add the fish sauce, lime juice and water.
- 3 blend well.
- 4 seal and refrigerate.
