Healthy Apple Pie Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 large apple, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup low-fat milk
- sugar substitute, to taste
- 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- sugar substitute, to taste
Recipe
- 1 fill a large bowl with oats and chopped apple.
- 2 cover with water and stir.
- 3 place in microwave and cook for 3 minutes.
- 4 add cinnamon, milk and sugar substitute
- 5 return to microwave for another 1-2 minutes.
- 6 in a separate bowl, mix yogurt, vanilla and sugar substitute
- 7 remove oatmeal from microwave and top with yogurt.
