Jumbo Prawns Supreme

Ingredients

- 8 large prawns
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 sliced green onions
- 3 sprigs fresh tarragon, chopped fine
- 1/2 cup wine
- 3 tablespoons light sour cream
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 dash salt
Recipe
- 1 remove heads from prawns and slice the shell along the back. heat olive oil and saute the garlic, onions and tarragon for 2 minutes. add the prawns and cook for about 3 minutes until they're cooked through. lower the heat and add the wine to the pan. let it simmer for about 2 minutes before stirring in the sour cream. serve over a bed of rice or egg noodles.
