Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup skim milk powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 combine all dry ingredients.
- 2 mix oil, apple sauce, milk, apple juice and egg whites together.
- 3 add wet to dry ingredients, and mix just until all combined.
- 4 pour into muffin tins, greased with cooking spray.
- 5 bake at 375°f.
