Healthy Muffins

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup skim milk powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Recipe

  • 1 combine all dry ingredients.
  • 2 mix oil, apple sauce, milk, apple juice and egg whites together.
  • 3 add wet to dry ingredients, and mix just until all combined.
  • 4 pour into muffin tins, greased with cooking spray.
  • 5 bake at 375°f.
