Ingredients

- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 -3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup dry wine
- 1/2 cup pimento stuffed olive, chopped
- 1/4 cup raisins
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a large skillet brown the meat, onions and garlic.
- 2 pour out whatever fat you may render.
- 3 turn heat down to low; add tomato sauce and wine.
- 4 while it simmers, chop up the pimento stuffed olives and add to meat mixture.
- 5 add raisins & adjust the seasonings.
- 6 serve on a bed of rice.
