Rich & Creamy, Good-for-you, Cold Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole oats
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 3 teaspoons nesquik no-sugar-added chocolate powder

Recipe

  • 1 add all ingredients in a small sealable container, stir and leave in refrigerator overnight. serve cold! the oats will have softened and become creamy and the nesquik makes it taste like chocolate icecream! sooooo good!
