Salmon Spread

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (16 ounce) can salmon
  • 3 ounces fat free cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/2 cup celery, minced
  • 1/2 cup carrot, shredded
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in bowl to mix by hand or combine using food processor.
  • 2 spread on toast, bagels, crackers, or lettuce leaves and enjoy!
