Super Healthy Grain Breakfast

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 ounces porridge oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 sliced banana (plus 1 peeled and chopped pear, optional)

Recipe

  • 1 mix all together in a microwave bowl.
