Ingredients

- 1 whole wheat english muffin (or whole oat bran or 2 small pita bread rounds)
- 1/4 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/3 cup strawberry, sliced
- 3 tablespoons crushed pineapple, well drained
Recipe
- 1 toast muffin halves and spread with yogurt.
- 2 spoon strawberries on muffin halves.
- 3 sprinkle with crushed pineapple.
- 4 eat and enjoy!
