Hawaiian Pizza

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 whole wheat english muffin (or whole oat bran or 2 small pita bread rounds)
  • 1/4 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/3 cup strawberry, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons crushed pineapple, well drained

Recipe

  • 1 toast muffin halves and spread with yogurt.
  • 2 spoon strawberries on muffin halves.
  • 3 sprinkle with crushed pineapple.
  • 4 eat and enjoy!
