Sunrise Smoothie

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 3/4 cup sugar-free non-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberry, fresh, frozen (or any other berry)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed meal

Recipe

  • 1 place ice in a blender and chop or crush, then add the fresh or frozen berries and repeat.
  • 2 add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. if it is thicker than you like, add a little more orange juice.
  • 3 pour into a 16 ounce glass and serve immediately.
