Ingredients
- Servings: 1
- 3/4 cup sugar-free non-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup strawberry, fresh, frozen (or any other berry)
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon flax seed meal
Recipe
- 1 place ice in a blender and chop or crush, then add the fresh or frozen berries and repeat.
- 2 add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. if it is thicker than you like, add a little more orange juice.
- 3 pour into a 16 ounce glass and serve immediately.
