Fire And Ice Relish

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons celery salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard seeds
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1/4 large onion
  • 1/2 cucumber

Recipe

  • 1 marinade:.
  • 2 place marinade ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • 3 reduce heat and simmer until flavors meld, 8 to 10 minutes.
