Fire And Ice Relish

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons celery salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard seeds
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1/4 large onion
- 1/2 cucumber
Recipe
- 1 marinade:.
- 2 place marinade ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil.
- 3 reduce heat and simmer until flavors meld, 8 to 10 minutes.
