Mango Lassi

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 (8 ounce) carton low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup very cold water

Recipe

  • 1 remove flesh from mango, discarding skin and seed. you should have about one cup of mango.
  • 2 combine mango, water and yogurt in blender.
  • 3 blend on medium til well combined and smooth.
  • 4 serve at once.
  • 5 leftover lassi can be tightly covered in the refrigerator for 24 hours. stir before serving.
