- 1 ripe mango
- 1 (8 ounce) carton low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup very cold water
Recipe
- 1 remove flesh from mango, discarding skin and seed. you should have about one cup of mango.
- 2 combine mango, water and yogurt in blender.
- 3 blend on medium til well combined and smooth.
- 4 serve at once.
- 5 leftover lassi can be tightly covered in the refrigerator for 24 hours. stir before serving.
