Ingredients

- 8 ounces mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup wine
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Recipe
- 1 saute the mushrooms in oil for 5-10 minutes.
- 2 add the stock cube and wine. dissolve the stock cube.
- 3 add the remaining ingredients.
- 4 simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- 5 serve with rice.
