Mushroom Stroganoff

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 8 ounces mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup wine
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 saute the mushrooms in oil for 5-10 minutes.
  • 2 add the stock cube and wine. dissolve the stock cube.
  • 3 add the remaining ingredients.
  • 4 simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • 5 serve with rice.
