Orange-berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 navel oranges, peel and pith removed, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon ground flax seed (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth, adding flaxseed if desired.
  • 2 pour into 2 glasses and enjoy.
