- 2 navel oranges, peel and pith removed, cut into chunks
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 teaspoon ground flax seed (optional)
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth, adding flaxseed if desired.
- 2 pour into 2 glasses and enjoy.
