Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1 ounce hidden valley ranch dressing mix
- 1 1/2 cups pecan pieces
Recipe
- 1 soften the cream cheese for 30 seconds in the microwave.
- 2 knead in the ranch mix thouroughly.
- 3 roll into a ball and put in the fridge on a plate to firm up.
- 4 drop into a large ziplock bag of pecan bits and roll around to coat the outside before serving with whatever crackers you like.
