Protein Packed Italian Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 16 ounces trader joe's 2% greek yogurt (or fage)
  • 8 ounces light cream cheese (fat free can be used)
  • 1 ounce dry good seasonings italian salad dressing mix (1 packet)

Recipe

  • 1 soften cream cheese slightly in microwave. mix all ingredients together, and beat with a mixer.
  • 2 tastes better after it chills for a few hours.
