Slow Cooker Chili For 2

Total Time: 8 hrs 25 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 8 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 16 ounces kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder

Recipe

  • 1 in a small skillet, cook the beef, onion, green pepper, celery and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender.
  • 2 drain off any juices.
  • 3 transfer to a 1 1/2 quart slow cooker.
  • 4 stir in the remaining ingredients.
  • 5 cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
