- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crusts
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 3/4 cup splenda granular
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 mix all ingredients together and pour in pie shell.
- 3 bake 30-45 minutes or until firm.
