- 8 frozen shrimp
- 1 cup water
Recipe
- 1 put shrimp in a microwave safe cup and cover with water (i always use my pyrex liquid measuring cup).
- 2 microwave on high for 50 seconds, let sit 50 seconds.
- 3 microwave on high 30 seconds, let sit 30 seconds.
- 4 peel and use as is or add ice to the glass to cool to room temperature for salads or dips.
