Ingredients

- 3 -4 green tomatoes, cut into eights
- 1 small onion, sliced thin
- salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons oil, to coat frying pan
Recipe
- 1 heat oil briefly in frying pan. add tomatoes and onions. season with salt and pepper. cover and sauté about 20 minutes. add water if mixture becomes too thick.
