Mom's Low-carb Dinner Salad

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1 ripe beefsteak tomato
  • 1/2 cup sliced sweet onion
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 tear lettuce into bite size pieces and add to salad bowl.
  • 2 slice tomatoes into bite sice pieces and add.
  • 3 cut onions into slices, then in half and add to salad.
  • 4 choose your cheese (we liked sharp cheddar or blue) and add to salad in bite size pieces.
  • 5 fry bacon and crumble into salad.
  • 6 scramble eggs and add to salad.
  • 7 add mayo, salt& pepper.
  • 8 toss to combine.
