Salmon For Those Who Don't Cook Fish!

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (9 ounce) salmon fillets
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 teaspoon mrs dash's extra spicy seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon mrs. dash seasoning mix

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400.
  • 2 cut up onion, peppers, mushroom and garlic, and place in a pan with a little olive oil. cook on medium until soft, and season with mrs dash chicken seasoning.
  • 3 rub a little olive oil in a pan / cast iron skillet and heat to high heat. season the salmon with mrs dash extra spicy seasoning, and place in pan skin side down. cook for 3 - 4 minutes until skin is crispy.
  • 4 flip fish over and transfer pan to oven.
  • 5 cook for 8 minutes.
  • 6 serve fish on top of grilled veggies, with sliced avocado along side.
