Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground lamb
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 2 tablespoons milk
Recipe
- 1 simmer first 3 ingredients for 3 to 4 hours.
- 2 add the second 3 ingredients and simmer for a few minutes.
- 3 beat well. stir in the milk.
- 4 put into bowls to cool, stirring occasionally while cooling.

- 7 a layer of fat may coat the top; you can remove this as you use the spread.
