Cretons (groton) Version Ii

Total Time: 3 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground lamb
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Recipe

  • 1 simmer first 3 ingredients for 3 to 4 hours.
  • 2 add the second 3 ingredients and simmer for a few minutes.
